Online Consultation

 

Booking Policy​

To schedule a consultation, a booking fee is required when booking online. This fee reserves time on our calendar and allows us to prepare for your project.

Refund Policy

The booking fee is fully refundable if the appointment is canceled at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled consultation time, provided no work has commenced and no materials have been purchased.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, or failure to appear, will result in the booking fee being non-refundable.

Credit Toward Your Project​

If you move forward with us for the full project, the booking fee will be credited toward your final invoice and deducted from the total project cost upon completion.

The booking fee is not an additional charge—it is applied as a credit to completed projects and deducted from the final balance due.

Booking fees are applied to completed projects only and have no cash value.
